Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI)

Double-A of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, including all Priority 1 and Priority 2 checkpoints defined in the Guidelines. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 explain how to make Web content accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance to these Guidelines will help make the Web more accessible to users with disabilities and will benefit all users.
The WCAG 1.0 guidelines contain multiple checkpoints which can not be tested automatically; they require a judgment call made by a human, not software. CSS of any particular design is as relevant as the markup when it comes to accessibility. In some cases ECIS 2008 Web pages may come close to achieving AA compliance. But we can't in good conscience say that the ECIS 2008 Web site is a fully AA-compliant site.
Check for WAI-AA Conformance.
